Andrew is married to Janelle and has three children, Liam, Jessica and Abigail. Andrew has a passion for mission both locally and globally. His desire is for people to fully understand the life transforming message of Jesus. His greatest pleasure is when he sees people come alive in faith. Andrew really enjoys teaching the Bible and loves working in the area of leadership, vision and strategy. When he is not working his other interests include anything to do with sport, outdoor activities such as kite surfing, having dinner parties and watching all the latest movies.
Brendan is married to Kylie and together they have three daughters Rachel, Tamara and Jasmine. Prior to going into full-time ministry Brendan trained and worked as a Fisheries Research Scientist. His love for the sea still remains with regular fishing adventures on the nearby Hawkesbury River.
Brendan has served in a variety of pastoral and para-church ministry roles since 1997. These have included Baptist World Aid Australia, HopeStreet Urban Compassion, and BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Brendan has joined the team at TCBC this year in the role as Associate Pastor – Families. This is a new role well suited to Brendan’s passion for parenting and family, but also utilising his planning and management skills to further develop our welcome, integration and LifeGroup ministries. Brendan often dreams aloud in relation to local mission, and what our Church might look like as we become more devoted to loving God and loving our community as Jesus would.
Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Todd came to know and follow Jesus through the youth ministry of TCBC as a high school student. Now, years later, as Youth and Young Adults Pastor he is passionate about seeing other young people’s lives transformed in the same way his was, by encountering the love and grace of Jesus. Before joining the team, Todd studied Law and Politics at Macquarie University and then spent a year at Morling College studying theology. He enjoys surfing and skating, and loves to share these passions with other young people through surf and skate camps. He is married to the beautiful Eliza.

Ruth is married to Ray and has two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren. She is a member of Hornsby Baptist Church where she has held the role of Elder, Worship Coordinator, Women’s Ministry Organiser, and Small Group Leader. She was a legal secretary prior to doing night fill and becoming a Service Manager at a local Coles Supermarket when the children were still small. She loves the daily connection with the pastoral team and being kept busy. Jesus, family, friends, coffee catch-ups and Hawaii sojourns (well any holidays really) are important to her.
Tim started coming to TCBC when he was in Year 5 where he grew up attending our Children’s and Youth ministries. It was through these ministries that he came to know and follow Jesus. Now Tim is on team as our Worship Pastor. He has a passion for seeing people worship Jesus and is really interested in the marriage of the arts with faith. Tim is a drummer with a Bachelor of Music so when not at TCBC, you’ll find him teaching drums and percussion at various schools in the local area or playing in different venues around Sydney. Tim also has a love of football, food and a good book.
