Membership at TCBC

At TCBC, membership is synonymous with ‘involvement’. You may well be familiar with many of our ministries here at TCBC and have participated in some of them. However, becoming a member signifies your intention to do more than simply particpate or attend.

Becoming a member of TCBC signifies your commitment to:

1. Support the Ministry of the church
* by living a Christ-centred life based on God’s Word;
* by devoted prayer;
* by service using the gifts and abilities God has given me;
* by responsible financial giving as God directs.

2. Share the Responsibility of the church
* by being committed to the Mission and Vision of TCBC, and it’s Core Values
* by regularly participating in the life, worship, ministry and decision-making of the church;
* by actively developing a missional heart for our glocal community.

3. Protect the Unity of the church
* by acting with grace and truth towards others, actively building up the body of Christ in love;
* by supporting the leadership as they follow the direction of the Holy Spirit;
* by refusing to engage in destructive attitudes and actions.
